RALLY4EVER is an Australian charitable organisation dedicated to enhancing mental and physical well-being through tennis and social connection. Founded by former professional tennis player and commentator Louise Pleming, the organisation aims to create meaningful community bonds using tennis as a vehicle, making the sport accessible to all. 

The program offers free, inclusive tennis sessions designed to promote physical activity and foster long-lasting friendships. Open to individuals of all fitness levels and ages, no prior tennis experience is necessary to participate. RALLY4EVER operates across various locations in Australia, including Sydney, where sessions are held in areas such as Camperdown, Ashfield, Maroubra, Woolloomooloo, and Paddington. These sessions not only provide physical exercise but also serve as a platform for participants to connect, addressing issues like loneliness and depression.

Beyond regular sessions, RALLY4EVER extends its impact by organising tours and collaborating with organizations to reach diverse communities. For instance, the team has traveled to regional towns facing challenges like flooding and drought to offer free tennis lessons, aiming to motivate individuals to engage in physical activity and build supportive networks. The organisation also partners with groups such as the Salvation Army to provide tennis programs for members, furthering its mission to use tennis as a tool for social connection and mental health support.

Through these initiatives, RALLY4EVER exemplifies the profound impact of combining physical activity with community support, striving to improve the lives of individuals across Australia.

The Rally4Ever purpose is to create meaningful connections in our community using tennis as the vehicle, and enable our community to keep moving forward and thrive. Tennis is social but not particularly accessible. We want to unlock its true potential and make it accessible to all, with our team of passionate tennis coaches and clubs across the nation.

The program is every Friday from 12pm-1pm during school terms at Trumper Park Tennis Centre, Quarry St Paddington.
